JJW asked for the first lesson here, so I hope you don’t mind me posting it?
I'm not sure that it is something that makes mortal musicians any better?

The first one is one I just did for the English guitar web magazine, essentialguitarist.com. This one is very much in Garsed style and is all about hybrid picking, legato and tapping (I think there even is a lick that is very similar to one that Brett plays in his first video, Rock Fusion).
Here it is.

Just follow the Click here for Magnus's lesson on "Hybrid Legato" to get to the lesson.

There is also an interview that sort of goes with the lesson, where we talk about Brett a lot.
And here it is (if you are interested, the lesson works fine without it).

The second one is a link to the "have to be one on every guitar players webpage" lick page on my website.
Just a random mix of whatever and what not.

Hope it is useful for anyone. And please write some comments about what you think.

/Magnus

I love the last exercise. 20 minutes a day. I have been working on it. Fun stuff. I can get it going, but not even close to consistent. Thanks for the links Magnus!

Cool stuff Magnus! I'm also a big believer in making the most out of 1 simple idea. Great lesson.

Awhile ago somebody (might have been Lale Larson or Matt WIlliams - I forget) sent me some demos of your stuff. I really liked them, and it's cool to see you here (so I can steal some ideas) Smile I was actually on the Alchemists CD right before your track. That was a fun project to be part of.
