The clip is from an REH instructional video Brett released in 1995 called 'Rock Fusion'. It's a great video, but sadly no longer readily available. It even came with a transcription booklet featuring all the examples on the video.

You could always check out his new instructional DVD, 'Rock Guitar Improvisation', for cool improv ideas and some great live footage.
