hey dudes,

hows it all going?.. im glad to be apart of a great forum

i'm just curious to find out how people practice and learn their arps.... it's just crossed my mind, and just curious to find out..

for me, i use a chat which is basically a chords formula chart, and i work my way off that.. for e.g a Minor seventh arp in C is C, Eb, G, Bb, so id use those notes and work my way from there...

you can also add different note Seq/patterns to the shapes you are using and add diatonic substitutions to target certain note colours
