|
|
Hi guys,
I finally got one after 2 years of looking at it in Better Music.
All I can say is that it is exceptional, one of the best electric guitars I have ever played. After fighting my Strat for years to play all those high notes it is now such a breeze to hit all those high 'E's' and beyond.
Plus it is so sensitive to the left hand, and tons of sustain.
The attached photo doesn't do the colour any justice either
Chris

Hey Guys,
I'll post up a clip of me playing it when I record something that is worthy.
Yes, it sustains the bends like no other guitar I have played, even a Les Paul.
For me, being stuck in between jazz and rock this is the perfect guitar for me.
All my students are being blown away by it too.

Cool. I like the shape of that guitar. It looks very comfortable.
I have a couple of Les Pauls and i've tried several times to get a guitar with a more comfortable shape that can still give me Tone. Unfortunatly they only sell Ibanez round my way which just sound too weak and thin......almost sterile. |

It's a fairly light guitar too.
I ordered the DSL Garsed strap too. Might as well go the whole way.

The Garsed ESP is one of the best guitars out there i reckon...i can only imagine what it's like to play...
my latest dream axe is a Shawn Lane Vigier Excalibur...but it changes about three times a day...
did you keep the stock seymours or go "all the way" and change to a dimarzio virtual PAF and Bluesbucker combo... _________________ I'm busier than a one armed taxi driver with crabs... |

I kept the pickups.
That plus my playing are the only things that are different.
And the colour.
