Hi people,
Am thinking of getting a boost/OD pedal and here is my current shortlist....if you've used any one of the below pedals, opinions would be most valued...
(i)MI Audio Tubezone(will be sold in the UK in the coming few weeks!)
(ii)Xotic BB Preamp
(iii)Pro Co SOLO
(iv)MXR&Custom Audio Electronics-Boost/Overdrive
(v)Carl Martin Plexitone
(vi)Ibanez TS9 (not the 808 or TS9DX)
(vii)Maxon OD9 Pro+

And while you're at it check out this kickass clip of the great Scott Henderson demo-ing his live rig...awesome!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3O1t_mLNC8

Some good ones to look at
Xotic - RC & AC booster or the BB preamp.
Lovepedal - Cot 50 or his big brother the Purple Plexi which is a gainer booster/open overdrive. I have it and love it.
Paul C's - Timmy pedal, which is one of the best pedals in the world in my opinion. I own it as well and it has been an always will be a keeper.
Robert Keeley - Keeley Katana Boost
Fulltone - Fatboost
MXR - micro Amp

There so many choices out there to check out. Some boosters work better with some amps, it's something you need to try and play with. You might by 20 and only keep one.
