Thanks Adrian. I'm still getting the same lag unfortunately. I'm playing it with version 7.4.5 of QuickTime. Is everything looking ok your end?

Ok, thanks. By the way, there seems to be a sync problem with the video that comes with the package (the video lags a bit behind the audio).
