Guthrie transcribed Manhattan a few years back for Guitar Techniques. I can't find the issue to confirm the date, but I'd wager it was 1999.

Sounds great! I agree, Antonio Sanchez is mindblowing - you must watch his solo performance on Modern Drummer 2003 DVD, it's phenomonal.
