I've been wondering the same thing. Cornford's come stock with v30s. Has anyone with a Cornford upgraded to an alnico?

I've tried a G12H30 with my Hurricane and it sounds much more marshall-eqsue and rocky! doesn't quite have the same vocal quality as the V30 though, i'd be more interested to see how the Celestion G12-65 Heritage sounded with the Cornford Gear than anything else..
