Guthrie Govan Discussion

hi,
new member to the GG forum here.just thought i would introduce myself.
ive been playing electric guitar for about...10 years. mainly in horrible metal type down tuned bands but for the last 2 years decided was sick of the chuggah severe low tunings and went back to E standard and got in to 80s music/hard rock and vai/satch etc.

then i discovered guthrie govan after trying out a Cornford RK100 and falling in love with cornford amps.

unfortuntately they a bit pricey for me nevertheless i will own one (even if its the roadhouse 30) eventually.

ive recently just downsized my Framus Cobra 100W EL34 head and Framus Dragon 4x12 cab for a smaller 30W Framus CS EL84 gead and matching 2x12 cab. main axe is a PRS CE24 and a couple of ibanez (a prestige and a 7 string) and a parts-o-caster.

im not new to forums but new to this one, and im glad ive found it as i think im obsessed with GG and erotic cakes.
my fav tracks are Uncle Skunk, Seven, Waves and Wonderful slippery thing(which im attempting to learn with great difficulty haha)

anyways...a bit long for my first post but just wanted to say gday
