Well actually, I don't know if it's come out anywhere outside of America yet, but we don't have it over here guys Sad , so if anyone knows a release date for America maybe, could you let me know? I'm looking forward to purchasing it!

You can buy it on the Cornford website. As far as I know, only they are the ones who's selling it.

I ordered my copy and an Erotic Cakes T-Shirt in April and I never got them. Luckily for me, I went to a Guthrie seminar and bought a copy over there.
