Don't know if this is the place to post it but here's a link to a piece on a weekend seminar with none other than GG at the helm.

Cool article. Thanks for posting. Very Happy

It's good to see all those at Guitar Break getting some recognition for the good work that they do. Smile

Having attended IGF last year I can whole-heartedly say this guy has reminded me of what an excellent vibe it was.

I might do a guitar break, but I'm waiting to see if Dario goes back to do Jazz again - I'd love to keep plugging away at that... this time I'd take more guitars though.

I've been taught by Lee Hodgson and Justin Sandercoe...
Guthrie as a teacher that'd be cool.

If Guthrie was my music teacher when i was at school, I may have turned up more often. Instead of watching David Lee Roth video's at home.

When ever I've seen Guthrie doing tutorial stuff, he shows an amasing skill at getting things across to the viewer or student, and with all that skill and knowledge at his disposal, no wonder people travel far and wide to spend some time with him.....They've got it bad for a "Hot Fret Teacher" Wink

Great article.
The student Andy that's mentioned (the first player to brave getting up and playing) is a mate of mine - I gigged with him at the weekend - and he confirmed that Guthrie just isn't human when you catch him playing in that kind of setting.

Cheers
Jordan.
