Hey all,

I have a new project, where I'm trying to mix the polyrhythmns and such of Meshuggah with the more complex harmonies and improvisations of Jazz. We have some live videos of a "test" gig we did this past Friday.

Here are the links:

Song name: Juggernaut

This song is an endurance test, just keeps pushing and pushing. The sax melody is intriguing as it changes tempo throughout song.

Song name: WTF

The main part of the song is 12 tone originated, but it's kind of funky, but later rolls into a section in 29/8.

Song Name: PI

This song is based off the number PI (3.1415 etc...) The time signature changes every meter based on Pi. So the first measure is in 3/4, then 1/4, etc... The "0" measures are 1/8 measures. The sax player is just learning the tune. (The song goes 103 places of Pi, I think)

Enjoy.

We have some more stuff up at www.myspace.com/redsidevisible . We're currently recording at full length Cd. The bass tracks are finished, just working on the rest, hopefully done in the next month.

Cheers, thanks so much for checking it out!

Tim
