Could someone please explain how to do that Greg Howe vibrato, and maybe some tips on how to practice it correctly?

slide along the length of the string...like a classical player would only this way the finger isnt fixed and you move over frets

as this is an expression technique you can REALLY pactice it, its just down to personal taste Smile

How is it usualy done? Do you usualy slide a whole step? What note do you start and end on?

start on the note your playing then slide like crazy

i guess if i REALLY analysed how i do it i slide up a tone or a minor third then a tone below the root, then a tone above then back to the root. but again, that all depends really.

This is something I need to practice a lot, cos blues was my base of learning guitar, so I'm used to conventional string bending up and down, but this Howe style sounds awesome and a lot different, so whoever hasn't done it could do with practicing it a lot to diversify your playing.
