We're shooting for a tour of Asia (Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan) next early spring. I'll keep you posted.

Sweden date (Dec 17 Thu) has been confirmed with Musikborsen. Here's the venue:

There'll be a master class in the afternoon and the clinic-show in the early evening. Time will be announced shortly and I still have to work on the band matter.

I preordered for both concert and Masterclass very quickly, I'm hoping I get in
My former awesome guitar teacher might tag along too, but he's not sure yet
I'm gonna show him 'Rhode Island Shred' to wake his interest a little more since he loves country stuff!

Well, I'm hoping this tour and the post-NAMM activities will give Guthrie some financial cushion to really focus on the album afterwards. Perhaps he can set aside Feb and Mar to do nothing but work on the album. He's so in-demand right now for clinics and workshops as well as various gigs (like the one with Dizzee Rascal) that pop up on a short notice and it's hard to turn down such offers when most pro players don't have any sort of work.

Anyone heard any news about the Newcastle clinic at Guitar Guitar?
I fired them off am email but had no reply, just wondered if anyone had heard anything before I give 'em a phone .
