All thoese clips ... was it Cornford Hurricane ? also , what distortion or overdrive sound he uses? (eg. Guthrie does ozzy or in the wonderful slippery thing) because I dont think just a Barber direct can make that distorted sound.... any ideas?

For all the recorded clips, I'm pretty sure he was using either the Hellcat or the Harlequin. It's hard to say. He also uses the MK50 quite a bit and I know he likes to use the Hurricane for the Bassment live gigs, but my understanding is that the amps he uses the most for recording are the Harlequin and the Hellcat. According to Paul Cornford, the following is how Guthrie uses the Cornford amps:
Harlequin - Home recording, demo tracks and clips, etc.
Hellcat - Main recording and live amp for rock-oriented solo material
MK50 - Used for Asia recordings and gigs, larger venues for solo stuff
Hurricane - Fellowship club gigs _________________ Ed Yoon

How is the Hurricane sounds ? I mean like can it make a well distorted sound ? because I just want something (not too loud like Hellcat or MK50) to play in the house.

Yeah, it has plenty of gain, but it isn't a metal-gain type of an amp by any means. It's a master volume amp so you can crank up the gain and keep the master low to wail at low volumes.
The Hurricane is a very dynamic amp (as are all Cornfords) and very versatile although it is a single channel amp. For the Bassment gigs, Guthrie says he has the gain up about half and the master all the way up. He'll also use the guitar's volume pot to vary the amount of dirt. With a nice overdrive/distortion box like the Barber Direct Drive SS, you have a lot of great sounds from a relatively simple set-up. _________________ Ed Yoon
