Suhr's Broadcaster Bridge pickup and Chrome Neck T are fine Tele pickups. I don't offer a wide range of pickups so I can only tell you what my customers tell me in regards to how they compare to others, and I can say that the ones who get the Suhr Teles or buy the Suhr Tele pickups are mighty happy with them.

Hi Chris. The tele pickups I mentioned t'other day were apparently Kinman and my mate is really pleased with them. He's checking which model they are so I'll let you know when I find out.

Cheers,
Alun

EDIT: They are the AVn series apparently

I had a DiMarzio TDS1 on the back of a Fender Mustang for years and I liked it a lot. It was a fair bit different from a regular Tele p/up but it still had spank and bite. It looked pretty cool too. Wink

I'm more than happy with my DiMarzio Virtual Vintage pickups, but I recently tried a pair of Bare Knuckle Brown Sugar Tele pickups and they are amazing sounding units!

Yeah, but for $254 shipped to the US, they better crawl under my desk and make me "happy".

I snagged a set of Suhr's today from Ed for a Tele project. I'll let you know how they work out when all the pieces come together.

I have a set of Kinmans on my Strat... you won't be dissapointed. Fortunately, I got picked them up last time I was back in Australia, so shipping was not a factor!

These are the quietest pickups and closest to pure Strat tone on the planet!!!

(No apologies for shameless plug for a great Aussie product!)
