Sorry if this has been discussed over and over and over, but I've been reading that the RC seems to be better than the AC?
I've ordered myself an AC based on some vids on the Analogman website, in which the AC seemed to do more what I wanted - but what is it that makes the RC so good?
Any opinions on either of these pedals would be great - or link me to existing threads if possible?

The AC Booster is an overdrive/distortion pedal while the RC Booster is a clean boost pedal. The voicing of an overdrive/distortion is subject to taste and some people will love it and some people won't. The RC, on the other hand, is simply a great neutral-sounding clean boost and does not color the original tone of your guitar at all, so depending on where you have it placed in the signal chain it'll behave in a different manner - clean volume boost for solos in the loop or clean boost in the front of the amp to kick the front-end of an amp for more overdrive or distortion. _________________ Ed Yoon
