After 2 at lunch, and a minor headache and totally sapped motivation to even lean forward in my chair .. I'm thinking bad
But then again, it seemed such a good idea at the time. _________________ Fabulous powers were revealed to me the day I held my magic Suhr(d) aloft and said "by the power of great scale!"

Bears are cool as long as they don't start humping my van and eat my chicken. |

Wow, that title was utterly confusing. Thought having bears for lunch was kind of odd... |

Depends on the situation and the person, I guess. A light buzz early in the day isn't a bad thing as long as you can handle it and it doesn't affect what you normally do afterwards.
When I used to go on business trips and I'm meeting with suppliers, etc., a beer for lunch was a no brainer. But at the office, if I've got a meeting with the bosses in the afternoon, that's probably not a good idea. If I'm cruising and it's an easy day with nothing important or urgent pending for the rest of the day, a beer for lunch with a sandwich sounds might enticing. _________________ Ed Yoon

If I have a beer at lunch I'll generally get a headache, but if it's late in the afternoon and there's a BBQ with friends... well, how can anyone resist?
I used to work in a bar in London during my "backpack around Europe" phase and I was constantly amazed at the punters that would come in the pub for their lunch hour and knock back a couple of quick pints!
Cheers, Big Ears!
