It is. It does. I don't. Home use only these days, alas...
It cost me about £2000 all in.
Thanks for the kind comments |

Now, a Cornford would be a lovely addition...
Cheers

Snap! You have the 'special wiring' too? - I'm still trying to work-out all the positions
I have three Cornfords and can heartily recommend them.
All the best, Bob. |

Is the special wiring "Jays Notebook"? I know what you are referring to, but not sure if mine has that.
That special wiring seems like a Steve Morse type of config. Actually, the more I listen to GG, the more I can hear some Morse influence.
All good stuff!
Was thinking about a Cornford Harlequin (the combo with reverb?)... do you have one of those, and what's it like?
Unfortunately due to space limitations living in a flat in Hong Kong, anything bigger than a 2X12 is a bit extreme, and due to my busy work schedule I haven't ventured out to play in clubs/pubs.
Currently I'm running a Mesa Boogie F30 1X12 combo and I'm very happy with that, with an assortment of stock and modded pedals (T-Rex Replica, Analog Man mini-chorus, Keeley Compressor, TS9 etc). Actually have only been running straight from the Suhr Standard into the Mesa Boogie and have been pulling some awesome tone without any gizmos...
Will be getting an Orange Tiny Terror head soon, just for fun!!!
Cheers

BTW, I've got a Pro Series S2 Model on order, which I'm hoping will be ready sometime this month... (a gentle reminder for Noel at Tone Merchants and Ed at Suhr) _________________ "My day job feeds my family, my night gig feeds my ego!" |

I see it says that you have on your spec sheet, so yes it's the same as mine

The Harlequin is Cornford's original amp and does not have reverb. I've had two Harlequins and got on fine with them. They are great for lower volume playing. Some say they sound a little 'dry', but they do record beautifully.
The Carrera is the super-harly, with reverb and fx loop. I will be getting one of these myself soon.

I have the dining room to use as a studio, which isn't big, but a good space nonetheless.
My advice - put that 'Orange' cash towards the Carrera |

Hmmm, I had a look at the Carrera on the Cornford sight and it seems quite promising... now how do I get one in HK? I can imagine the shipping cost would be horrendous!!!
Cheers
