Greetings GG Community:
I'm pretty sure most of you are familiar with the popular music game Rock Band?
Well, the folks at Harmonix, the creator of the game, have developed a new program called the Rock Band Network (RBN) that allows independent and lesser-known artists to convert their own music into playable charts and offer it as downloadable content on an online music store. I was considering contacting Mr. Govan/Cornford Records, asking him if he would be so kind as to offer his brilliant music onto the RBN.
I believe that doing so will vastly increase the popularity of Guthrie's music, as well as introduce music-lovers the world over to his unique blend of easy-listening fusion jazz/mind-bending shredding explosion. Surely a musician of his skill would benefit from such an increase in popularity.
I dunno, it's worth a shot.
I'm not quite sure, however, how to contact Cornford Records with my request. Is there anyone who would kindly help me with this?
