| I purchased Erotic Cakes from Cornford over two weeks ago but it has not arrived yet! I sent them a email a few days ago but have not received a reply! What's going on? |

try their forum
but in short, many many many people have experienced the same problems, you could be waiting a while
Mine came in about 2 weeks, then again this is going back a few years... |

| Not affilitated with Cornford? Don't be daft!! This site is do with all things "Guthrie Govan" - and alot of the discussions are about "erotic cakes" and the playing therein, and the only way you can purchase his recordings is via Cornford. |

This forum is for guthrie govans fans to talk about what Guthrie is upto
if you went to the petrucci forum you wouldnt expect to contact musicman (his guitar maker) or roadrunner (his label) would you?
so please come here when you want to ask a question about guthrie, or to keep uptodate with the news

| This website probably wouldn't exist if guitarist couldn't discuss Guthrie's playing. Erotic Cakes is THE example of his playing. The ONLY way you can purchase Erotic Cakes is via Cornford - therefore this website and Cornford are very much linked together. Like it or not!!! |

that's quite funny, if albeit a bit unpolite. keep it cool!
in all fairness, there are people posting here that could chime in, like mr. c ... and i understand that you in frustration turned to this forum for answers. but, MissMisstreater's answer to your post was polite, correct and appropriate. she just wanted you to know what would be reasonable to expect from this forum regarding your question. no one was being daft (at least not MissM), so leave it!
your cd will arrive soon i'm sure.
nice to have another gg-fan around.

I decided to remove some of the name-calling; it's inappropriate.
Arpfreak, in addition to MissM's recommendations try out the media section - in the two years this forum was waiting for Guthrie's first CD a lot of good stuff was stashed there.
This forum is not affiliated to Cornford, Rotosound, Rizla or Suhr. While we're fortunate to have some notable people come to this forum - they won't return if they're being lobbied - so use the correct channels of communication and give some consideration for our regulars.
Whilst it's been several years since I've had to do so, I am prepared to report abusive people to their ISPs or have them banned from the forums.
