The smooth highs and pronounced mids of the DSH+ is simply the best bridge tone for me in existence...the SSV is completely revealing with complex/detailed highs but the mids are relatively scooped..if I changed the neck pup to a DSV, would I get the mid boost the DSH+ sees over the SSH+ along with the smoother highs? Andy Wood's move to this set has me very encouraged, btw...thanks so much!

I'm not overly clear on your question. I've owned guitars with SSH+, SSV, and DSH pickups in, and they all sound like me when I'm playing them. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the Suhr pickups. I'd probably wager that adjusting any of your amp's EQ dials 10% would have a bigger impact than the differences between DSH/SSH etc....
