Hello everyone, I've got a question and a request.
I'm looking for live versions of "Hangover" and "Ner Ner", I'm pretty sure I've found the mp3's few years ago on this very forum. Like I said, these were live versions, the quality of recordings was fairly decent. I think Guthrie was supported there by some other guitarist and there were some organs there as well.
I did look in the Media section of the forum but they don't seem to be there.
If anyone knows where to find those or maybe has the files (I'm especially interested in "Hangover", that version was SUPERB), please let me know.
Cheers. |

The one I think you're referring to was the 2011 NAMM Suhr Clinic.
If I remember right the Suhr website hosted these files but since that relationship is no more I'd say the same would be the case for the files. _________________ SILVERBEETLE - Instrumental Rock Guitarist

It was from a San Francisco gig, the second guitarist was Peter Fujii, they were playing Cobham's Red Baron and a few of Guthrie's songs. At the beginning of each track there were a few words from Guthrie, I remember the toilet paper setlist anecdote before Wonderful Slippery Thing
I really hope those files didn't go to waste, if somebody's got those by any chance, please let me know! |
