Found this floating around on the net:

go here

Click on the "the guth factor" folder and then download the guth.mp4 file. Guthrie borrowed Mattias IA Eklundh's Caparison axe for this impromptu jamming after the Bumblefoot set. The amps being used for the BBF set were Diezels. Let's just say that Cornfords are what Guthrie would have been most happy with.

Hi,

I was so bold as to have a look at the other clip in your public folder (Embarassed) named "noodle" but I couln't view it, just listen.
Now from listening I would guess it's IA jamming with Ron Thal (with ron starting). Am I right?

Ah, besides, nice forum! (this is my first post)

Stephan

If you don't want to download the latest QT (which comes bundled with iTunes I believe?), you can also open these files with VLC player from www.videolan.org

Thanks so much for the video player recommendation! Very Happy

The files work just fine, my jaw is still wide open from watching Sir Govan rip up the fretboard. Absolutely nuts! Shocked

That jam with IA was excellent as well.

Pawel your nickname looks really familiar...you happen to be from jemsite?

Very nice, thanks Ed!

The "Noodles" one is also available at http://www.bumblefoot.com/video/index.htm

Incidentally, although the new Quicktime usually comes bundled with iTunes you can get get it on its own at:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone.html

Cheers,
Alun

I love how Ron shakes his head after Guthrie finishes, like "How am I supposed to follow that?'
