To my infinite shame, I was the drunk spack yelling "Heckle, Rob!!" last night Embarassed

I think I'm suffering for it this morning with a monster hangover. I'm never drinking ever again.. you heard it hear first (next week I'll say it on another thread or forum ;D)

I was yet another ACM student in 2001 that was obsessed with playing 3 note per-string patterns at high speeds to a metronome. So i first met Guthrie there.

I went down to Chelmsford with a few mates to see Guthrie play at the bassment. It left me completely gobsmacked.

Thanks to Guthrie (and Pete Callard) My musical direction changed for the good of things.

Also, theres something in the atmosphere at the bassment..... that makes me drink beer twice as fast. What the hell is that about?

probably yeah, and the fact you don't want to miss anything, so pile on loads of drink almost after every song
