Hi guys; long time no see.
I've been getting into hot country music pretty heavily lately and in particular I like people like the Hellecasters and Albert Lee. I know Will Ray of the Hellecasters is a big exponent of the B-bender and its applications, and it's something I'd quite like to try - I like to imitate pedal-steel sounds and this sounds like something that'd facilitate it.
Before spending $150 or whatever it is on one, though, I was wondering if any of you have any experience with one, and how well you thought it worked. Is it easy to use (getting used to it'll take practice, naturally, but is it something you'd use a lot?) and does the system work? Would I have to drill a hole in a Tele's bridge (it's the 50s style ashtray 3-saddle one) to install it?
Cheers in advance. _________________ Mmmm...Sacrelicious.
