Just started work on a transcription, so far I've got the NOTES for the intro riff - cuts off just before the first lead guitar. I've never seen this played, and I haven't even started to work on fingerings properly. At points it feels as if it should be played with two hands but I'll get around to that soon enough. For now, anyone who wants to tackle the piece and come up with their own fingerings (or use the rough sketch I've got here) feel free:

I think the notes are mostly correct, although there may be a couple off. I'll update as I progress through the song.

EDIT: Slightly updated fingering.

Thanks, man. This is my favourite song on the album.

I've done the first part of the riff in powertab which I'll post up later, your fingerings look a little better than mine!
