TBH, I didn't transcribe this Embarassed I picked it up from another forum that I was on. It's the most accurate one that I have found though. In terms of equipment, I have used Amazing Slow Downer, which is pretty good.

I know that I am replying to a very old post but is Waves available yet in Tab since last year?
I am desperate to play it and can't find it (Guthrie how about a tab book of the whole CD?) anywhere !

The only tab that I know of is the one supplied from the link above in both PDF and Guitar Pro format. Its a tab of the song in full.
