Guthrie really is just an incredible player and musician. When i look back at so many great technical players, they always mention how Vai's Passion and Warfare influenced them so much...

Well im one of the younger guys playing guitar, being only 18 myself, and i can honestly say that Erotic Cakes is the cd that is influencing me most! Guthrie really shows how musical one can make a guitar sound, while still providing jaw dropping licks effortlessly. Its Mindblowing!

I just cant wait to see what Guthrie brings us in the future, if his music is to this level already... its just going to get better and better!!!

'Erotic Cakes' is only the beginning of what I believe will be a most incredible music career for Guthrie. The sky literally is the limit for what he can achieve. As far as I'm concerned, a player and musician like Guthrie is unprecedented. I truly believe he'll continually set new benchmarks and keep pushing the boundaries of the guitar for a long, long time to come.
