I read on the Vai forums about the possibility of him playing in Los Angeles at a public venue (in other words outside NAMM). Is this going to happen? I have several parties interested in purchasing advance tickets

Sorry, doesn't seem like it's happening. Drummer Joel Taylor tried to arrange this and the BP never really responded or showed interest, so the best bet is for you to catch Guthrie at TM on Jan 16 Sat night during NAMM. _________________ Ed Yoon
