i've been listening to that track non stop in my car for the past month. guthrie really smokes on that song. i've been working on the really fast lick in bars 12 and 13. i almost got it up to speed. some of those other lines are impossible at full speed for me, but i have fun working on them.
guthrie has a good cult following in pittsburgh in the USA. the british guitar magazines are popular among alot of kids and of course everyone loves guthries stuff.

I've got the two studio versions as mp3 tracks and then there are two more versions on video - the Jan 24 '04 clinic version of Guthrie playing along to a backing track and the Jan 19, '05 live show version. I must say that I like the Jan 19 video version the most. There'll be a completely new version for the long-awaited solo album and that should be the topper of 'em all. _________________ Ed Yoon
