Was Pete Callard playing the guitar for Lionel Richie tonight (Audience with Lionel Richie ITV1 (UK)), or do I have to cut down on the wine? Embarassed

I didn't see it....but if he was that's brilliant for him. One of the worlds most underated guitarists in my opinion. Well, maybe underated isn't the right word because those who have heard him know he's amazing....just far too few have.

It certainly was him. What a shit show, But what an awesome gig to have eh?!

He taught me at the ACM a few years back, he is an amazing musician, i wish he'd release a CD of his own, im sure it'd be awesome. He's a great teacher too, really was a big influence on me at college, nice guy too.

He also owns a very early Suhr guitar, very similar to Guthries new one i believe. I remember him telling us about when he bought it in the sates whilst at college over there. It must be around 10 years old.
